1. You will receive a few emails once you complete your purchase (Check your spam folder if you don't see anything). One will be a confirmation and receipt, and another will instruct you to sign up for a student/member dashboard. This is where you can manage your subscription.

2. You will also receive a welcome email from me within 24 hours with a reminder of your benefits and the discount code for your 10% off magazines (it's also good for everything in the shop).

3. Your first snail mail letter will arrive in your mailbox around the middle of the month.

4. There will be two different emails that you may receive from me. One is partner@paolalane.com and the other is friend@anamcaralaura.com
